Why PACIA exists

PACIA was built to solve a very specific problem: companies that care about their brand have no good option for AI-powered customer support. The off-the-shelf tools are too generic. The enterprise solutions are too expensive and too slow. And the DIY approach produces results that most businesses wouldn't be comfortable putting their name to.
